The Fund for American Studies (TFAS) Summer Law Fellowship is a highly sought after program for those studying law, typically held in Washington D.C. However, this semester has been moved online due to COVID-19 restrictions. The summer’s featured speakers include Judge Douglas Ginsburg of the U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit; Judges Amul Thapur and Chad Readler of the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit; Randy Barnett of Georgetown Law; Ilya Shapiro of the Cato Institute; along with several attorneys from some of the nation’s top firms.
