Alex Pollock continues the discussion of how to fix the unhealthy concentration in corporate voting power held by a few giant asset managers which have "not a penny of their own money at risk." This issue was raised in my post, Let Me Vote Those Shares for You. In a new article published in RealClear Markets, Alex supports the INDEX Act introduced by Senators Toomey and Sullivan to require the real owners to instruct the asset managers how to vote.
