Alex Van Dyke is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Austin office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals. Before joining the firm, Alex clerked for the Honorable Justin Walker on the U.S. Court of Appeals D.C. Circuit, the Honorable Michael Kanne on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Honorable Susie Morgan on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He was also a litigation associate at a national law firm.
