2023 Western Chapters Conference

CLE is being offered for this event for the states of California, Colorado, and Nevada. Please see the FAQ at the end of this page if you are interested in obtaining CLE credit for other states.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you receive credit.

Step 1: REGISTER for the event. Registration is $75 for members, $125 for nonmembers, and $25 for students.

Step 2: ATTEND IN PERSON.

Step 3: SIGN IN electronically upon arrival using the available QR code and fill in your information. This must be done as you arrive, as a digital timestamp is required. The link will be active 30 minutes before the start of the first panel.

Step 4: SIGN OUT at the end of the day using the same available QR code, as a digital timestamp is required. Some states require that attendees sign out.

Within 3 days of the event, The Federalist Society’s CLE Administrator will email links for the Certificate of Attendance (COA) form and evaluation form only to paid registrants who have signed in for the event using the electronic sign-in sheet.   • How Many Hours of CLE are available? We are applying for 240 minutes / 4.00 hours of CLE credit for the conference.

  • Does this conference qualify for ethics credit? This conference does not qualify for Ethics CLE.

  • Where are the CLE Materials? CLE materials may be accessed via the link above.

  • How do I get CLE credit for a state other than California, Colorado, or Nevada? Arizona attendees are able to evaluate CLE activities and report their attendance directly to the state via affidavit. Applications will be submitted to the following additional states based on attendance: Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Otherwise, check with your state to see if they offer reciprocity for CLE events approved by another jurisdiction. Some states also allow individual attorneys to submit an application for CLE credit for attending an event in another state.
