Wisconsin Supreme Court Review and Preview

The Wisconsin Supreme Court recently commenced its 2012-13 term on September 5 when it heard oral arguments in the first cases of the year. On September 27, Prof. Rick Esenberg provided a review of the cases that were decided by the Court during the historic 2011-12 term. In addition, Prof. Esenberg provided a preview of a few cases the Court plans to hear in its 2012-13 term.
