John Malcolm and John Yoo will discuss the congressional hearings last week on the Mueller report.  They will discuss the hearing's conclusion on whether the President committed obstruction of justice, the meaning of Mueller’s performance under questioning, and whether the Constitution prohibits prosecution of a sitting President. They will ask whether impeachment is now more likely or unlikely and the fate of future special counsel investigations.
