Judge Yeary will discuss how our State's highest criminal court, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, operates on a day-to-day basis, as well as provide a brief history of the court and an overview of current practice before it. He will also share details about the court that many civil practitioners may be unaware of, some practical advice for lawyers, and reflections from the bench. The event will be moderated by Mr. Bowen of Butler Snow.
