What triggered the financial crisis? How will the average Ohioan be affected? Is Barack Obama's stimulus plan a good idea? What are the lessons to be learned from this crisis and what kinds of precautions should be taken? We are pleased to have Ohio University Professor of Economics Richard K. Dr. Vedder has taught economics at Ohio University since 1965 and is an expert in the areas of economic history, public policy and labor economics. Dr. Burke has taught economics at John Carroll University since 1999 and at Cleveland State University from 1967 to 1994. Dr. Burke is a partner of Burke, Rosen & Associates, a forensic and litigation consulting firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Capital University Professor of Law Brad Smith will be moderating the event.
