Please join us at noon on May 18 at the Belo Mansion in welcoming Kelly Shackelford to discuss the Morgan case, and the conservative and constitutionalist view on whether students have First Amendment rights.

Mr. Shackelford is currently the President and CEO of Liberty Institute. As a constitutional scholar, Mr. Shackelford has argued before the United States Supreme Court, testified before the U.S. House and Senate on Constitutional issues, and has won three landmark First Amendment and Religious Liberty cases in the past few years alone.
