Campus Speech, Antisemitism, and Other Challenges at Nonprofits

New York City Young Lawyers Chapter

On campuses across the nation, the atmosphere is charged. How can Universities guarantee free speech and academic freedom while also preventing harassment? More generally, how can the leaders of nonprofits keep them on track? Join Columbia Law School Dean Emeritus David Schizer, one of the co-chairs of Columbia University's new task force on antisemitism, for a discussion of campus speech, antisemitism, other challenges at nonprofits, and his new book, How to Save the World in Six (Not So Easy) Steps: Bringing Out the Best in Nonprofits. Complimentary copies of the book will be available courtesy of the Center for Israeli Legal Studies at Columbia.

The New York City Young Lawyers Chapter is pleased to host Professor Schizer for a small group dinner and discussion.
