Big Tech's Antitrust Moment

The Minnesota Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society presents: Big Tech’s Antirust Moment, a webinar presented by Professor Joshua D. Wright, former FTC commissioner and current Executive Director of the Global Antitrust Institute at Scalia Law School at George Mason University.  

During this webinar, Professor Wright will examine the current antitrust climate faced by Big Tech companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, and Facebook. He will explain the mechanisms through which the government and rival companies could pursue potential antitrust action and analyze whether such action is necessary, worthwhile, or beneficial. Questions may be asked after the presentation if time allows.
