A Look at Kansas v. Biden with Kansas Deputy AG Abhishek Kambli

Join Kansas Deputy Attorney General Abhi Kambli for a lecture on Kansas v. Biden on Thursday, July 25. Kambli leads Attorney General Kris Kobach’s special litigation division that handles federal challenges to executive overreach. Kambli will discuss the recent Kansas-led suit challenging the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness and debt repayment plan, current status, and the case moving forward.
