CLE is being offered for this event. Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you receive credit.

Step 1: REGISTER for the event.

Step 2: ATTEND IN PERSON.

Step 3: SIGN IN electronically upon arrival using the available QR code and fill in your information. This must be done as you arrive, as a digital timestamp is required. The link will be active 30 minutes before the start of the first panel.

Step 4: SIGN OUT at the end of the day using the available QR code, as a digital timestamp is required. Several states required that attendees sign out.

Within 3 days of the event, The Federalist Society’s CLE Administrator will email links for the Certificate of Attendance (COA) form and evaluation form only to paid registrants who have signed in for the event using the electronic sign-in sheet. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at [email protected].

  • How Many Hours of CLE are available? We are applying for 370 minutes of CLE credit for the event. Check the CLE Accreditation Status Chart (above) to determine approved credit hours by state.

  • Does this conference qualify for ethics credit? This conference does not qualify for Ethics CLE.

  • Where are the CLE Materials? CLE materials may be accessed via the link above.

  • I don't see my state listed on the Accreditation Status Chart. Does this mean I won't get credit for the event?  Initial applications have been made to a limited number of states. We will submit additional applications as needed based on where attendees are seeking CLE credit.
