Ryan Raybould is Senator Cornyn’s Chief Counsel. He was previously an assistant United States Attorney for close to 7 years, most recently with the Northern District of Texas. In that role, he investigated and prosecuted all types of cases, including white collar fraud, violent crime, human trafficking, and public corruption. After graduating from Notre Dame Law School, he clerked on the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas with the Honorable Reed O’Connor.
