Roman Reuter is Senior Counsel for International Competition Affairs at Deutsche Telekom AG since 2016. Roman has broad experience in multi-jurisdictional merger control filings and is responsible for FDI screening proceedings. He has also experience with foreign direct investment controls in the US (CFIUS). Roman advised on the T-Mobile/Sprint merger in the US and recently on the sale of a majority stake in Deutsche Telekom’s tower business in Germany/Austria.
