Jared Huber is a clerk for the Honorable Matthew Kacsmaryk of the Northern District of Texas. He graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2024. At Notre Dame, he served as the President of the Federalist Society, Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, and Vice President of the Christian Legal Society. As a student fellow with the Notre Dame Religious Liberty Clinic, he wrote amicus briefs, helped represent a client in an appeal, and participated in preparation for oral argument before two circuit courts. He interned for the Honorable Damon Leichty in the Northern District of Indiana and worked as a summer associate at Jones Day. He will clerk for the Honorable Kyle Duncan on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals beginning in 2025.
 
Jared grew up in Fair Oaks, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University where he studied political science and mass communications. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, reading theology, and exploring all Amarillo, Texas has to offer.
