Mr. Dickinson is an associate at Harris Beach PLLC and practices with the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He represents public and private employers in a range of labor and employment matters, including litigation relating to claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the First Amendment, and various anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation provisions of the New York Labor Law and New York State Human Rights Law.
While in law school, Mr. Dickinson served as assistant articles editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Before law school, he worked as a computer programmer and analyst with Computer Sciences Corporation.
