As an Administrative Law Judge, I preside in cases when a state or local law provides the right to challenge a government action through an administrative hearing.
Our cases touch upon a very broad array of government operations; including professional and business licensing, regulation of public utilities and the development of new administrative rules.
My work, and the work of my colleagues, helps to fulfill Minnesota’s guarantee of due process of law.
