Ben litigates cases in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. He has represented individuals, businesses, and amici. Before joining Taft, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Matthew W. McFarland on the Southern District of Ohio and the Honorable Patrick DeWine on the Ohio Supreme Court. He received his J.D. at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
