Austin Cromack is a native Arizonan and graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Austin received extensive experience in state government, including in the Elections Division of the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office, the Arizona Governor’s Office of General Counsel, and the Majority Counsel’s Office at the Arizona House of Representatives. After graduating from law school, Austin moved to Washington, D.C. to serve in his current roles as the Policy Director for the Republican National Lawyers Association and Associate Counsel for the Lawyers Democracy Fund. In his roles, Austin practices primarily in election law to promote voting methods that improve election integrity and bolster voter confidence. Austin regularly works with local counsel in several states to spearhead litigation to oppose improper actions by election officials and election methods that undermine election integrity. Austin lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife Kathryn, where he serves as the President of the Christian Legal Society DC Metro Chapter.
