Technological change has accelerated significantly over the past decade, while government regulations affecting technology have remained static. This panel covers the intersection of government regulation and technological change. Panelists will discuss what statutory models best encourage tech innovation, the state regulator’s role enacting tech-friendly regulations, and how regulatory sandboxes can foster cooperation between regulators and businesses.
