The provisions of Section 218 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (“CPSIA”) give the attorneys general of each of the fifty states the authority to enforce certain provisions of federal product safety statutes administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”).
