Assessing a pre-enforcement challenge, the 8th Circuit via Judge Stras protects religious liberty and conscience by affirming that a private speaker should decide when to speak and what to say, despite being subject to a public accommodation regulatory scheme.  This matter involves creative videographers who desire to artfully depict the message of marriage as between one man and one woman without being compelled to use their expressive artistry for showcasing other marital structures which conflict with their religious convictions.
