I'm happy to share a piece on Religious Liberty in American Higher Education that I've just published with the Religious Freedom Institute, where I am Senior Legal Fellow. This piece is an overview of some of the many religious liberty issues currently percolating in the higher education context—a key battleground for important questions about the religious liberty rights of religious organizations, groups, and individuals. It's based on material I first presented in a FedSoc Study Break for law students last fall. I appreciate FedSoc's encouragement to dive into this topic.
