Another great Federalist Society convention this year. The session on criminal justice reform earlier today was especially good. My colleague, Tim Lynch, introduced six or seven serious reforms that no one could oppose, even those who minimize police misconduct. That’s what’s so good about these programs: They’re open to serious debate, where the truth, one hopes, will prevail.
