Can an employer require its employees to be vaccinated in this era of COVID-19? What if the employee has a religious objection to vaccinations in general? The EEOC seems to say “yes” without triggering any ADA accommodations for the religious conviction. See here and here.

With the advent of a hopeful vaccination combined with society’s increasingly impatient yearning for a “return to normal,” expect a rising legal and cultural clash between promoting safety and freedom of conscience, a clash that pits communal health against individual religious liberty.
