The Department of Justice has announced the creation of a Cyber-Digital Task Force.  Megan Brown, a Partner at Wiley Rein, and a former senior DOJ official, has written an insightful article exploring the importance of developing new security policy in this field.  Ms. Brown is also a member of the Federalist Society's Litigation Practice Group Executive Committee.  I encourage you to read and share it.
