Last week, General Keith Alexander, former director of NSA, and Jamil Jaffer, founder of the National Security Institute at George Mason University and a member of the Federalist Society’s International and National Security Law practice group, wrote a thoughtful op ed in The Hill about the need for greater collaboration between the government and the private sector to ensure effective cybersecurity.
