CLE Information for 2026 Western Chapters Conference
This event has been approved by the California State Bar for
3.75 Total MCLE Hours including 1.25 Elimination of Bias Hours and 1.25 Civility in the Legal Profession Hours
CLE accreditation is also being requested for Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington only. Montana and Wyoming will be requested pending attendance. Alaska, Arizona, and Hawaii are approved via reciprocity rules. See the FAQs at the end of this page if you are interested in obtaining credit for other MCLE jurisdictions.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you receive credit. IF THESE STEPS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE CLE CREDIT FOR THIS EVENT.
Step 1: REGISTER for the event.
Step 2: ATTEND IN PERSON.
Step 3: SIGN IN electronically upon arrival using the QR code which is available on the program and fill in your information. This must be done as you arrive, as a digital timestamp is required.
Step 4: SIGN OUT at the end of the day using the same QR code, as a digital timestamp is required. Several states require that attendees sign out.
Step 5: COMPLETE THE ATTENDANCE REPORTING FORM. Links to the attendance reporting form and evaluation form will be emailed within one business day of the event to all attendees who have signed in. The form is also linked on the confirmation page of the electronic sign-in sheet.

How many hours of CLE credit are available? We are applying for 225 minutes of CLE credit for the event. Check the State Accreditations List to determine approved credit hours and specialty credit by state.
Does this conference qualify for ethics or other specialty credit? Yes, we are seeking specialty credit for two panels at this event:
- America 250: What is the American Tradition of Civility in Legal Discourse? (9:45 am panel) - civility, professionalism, or ethics
- DEI in Corporations: Legal Standards, Public and Private Company Considerations, and Emerging Practices (2:30 pm panel) - DEI, professionalism, or ethics

Where are the CLE Materials? CLE materials may be accessed via here.
How do I get CLE credit for a state not listed above? Check with your state to see if they offer reciprocity for CLE events approved by another MCLE jurisdiction. In addition, some states allow individual attorneys to directly apply for CLE credit for attending out-of-state events. A California COA will be provided to all attendees who complete the attendance reporting form requesting "Other" as their jurisdiction.
