CLE Information: 2025 National Lawyers Convention

CLE is being offered for in-person attendees only. We are unable to provide credit for attendees who watch the panels through the livestream or a posted recording.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you receive credit. IF THESE STEPS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE CLE CREDIT FOR THIS EVENT.

Step 1: YOU MUST BE REGISTERED for the event. Registration includes CLE credit.

Step 2: ATTEND IN PERSON.

Step 3: SIGN IN electronically upon arrival EACH DAY using the QR code and fill in your information. This must be done as you arrive, as a digital timestamp is required. The QR code will be available on posters at the venue, on the program, and on your printed name tag.

Step 4: SIGN out at the end of EACH DAY using the same QR code, as a digital timestamp is required. Several states require that attendees sign out.

Step 5: COMPLETE THE ATTENDANCE REPORTING FORM. Links to the attendance reporting form and evaluation form will be emailed within three days of the event to all attendees who have signed in. The attendance reporting form is also linked on the confirmation page of the electronic sign-in sheet.

Step 6: COMPLETE THE EVALUATION FORM (Pennsylvania attorneys must complete an evaluation form in order to receive credit.)

Frequently Asked Questions

How many hours of CLE credit are available?
We have applied for 855 minutes of CLE credit for the convention (14.25 hours for 60-minute states; 17.1 hours for 50-minute states). Check the State Accreditations List to determine approved credit hours by state.

Will ethics or other specialty credit be offered at the convention?
Yes, check the Accreditation Status List to confirm which credit types and amounts have been approved by each state.

Can I get CLE credit for watching the livestream or a recording once it’s posted on the website?
No, this event has only been accredited for attorneys who register for the convention and attend in person.
