Sanjai Bhagat, PhD, is professor of finance at University of Colorado. Previously, he has taught finance at Princeton University, and University of Chicago. He has deep expertise in finance and investments, cybersecurity governance, IPO valuation, energy and ESG, and M&A. He has advised the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, and U.S. Department of Treasury on finance and corporate governance.
