Ms. Mankarious is a Houston resident and the CEO of Crime Stoppers. An expert on the relationship between the criminal justice system and public safety issues, Ms. Mankarious has written over 200 articles on public safety and has testified in front of the Texas House and Senate on legal issues and public safety. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Theology and Pre-Medicine from Boston College, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Gordon Conwell and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence completed at the University of Houston Law Center
