Mr. Pallaki is an associate at Clement & Murphy, PLLC, where he specializes in litigation involving First Amendment issues, criminal appeals, and property-law issues implicating the Takings Clause. In addition to contributions to the Federalist Society Blog, he has co-authored a piece on federal jurisdiction over suits involving treaties for the Third Edition of The Heritage Guide to the Constitution.
Mr. Pallaki is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of Development for the New York University Journal of Law & Liberty. After graduating from NYU Law, he clerked for Judge Carlos T. Bea on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Douglas R. Cole on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
