Laurence H. Winer

Professor of Law and Faculty Fellow, Center for the Study of Law, Arizona Law

Prior to joining the faculty in 1983, Professor Winer spent six years as a litigation associate with the law firm of Csaplar & Bok in Boston, and earlier taught mathematics at Boston University. He is a member of the First Amendment Advisory Council of the Media Institute in Washington, D.C., an independent, nonprofit research foundation, specializing in issues of communications policy. Major publications include articles, amicus briefs, and government filings dealing with the First Amendment and government regulation of the media.
