Kate Hardiman works full time as a William H. Rehnquist Fellow at Cooper & Kirk PLLC while pursuing her J.D. through Georgetown Law's evening program. At Georgetown, she is a member of the Federalist Society and the Journal of Law & Public Policy. Kate earned her B.A. summa cum laude and M.Ed. from the University of Notre Dame. Before law school, she taught 9-12 grade English and Religion through Notre Dame's Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) program. Kate is the co-author of Unshackled: Freeing America's K-12 Education System and her writing on education has been published in the Washington Examiner, Real Clear Books, Education Post, The College Fix, and Minding the Campus.
