Mr. Kohli is a globally recognized specialist on government reform. He is a Director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s public sector practice where he leads work on government performance and innovation. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2012, he led the ‘Doing What Works’ project at the Center for American Progress. He brings 13 years of experience as a senior official in the British government.
