Eric Yesner

Eric is an appellate attorney at GrayRobinson, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Honorable Raag Singhal at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Jeffrey T. Kuntz at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Eric continues his public service as a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission as a direct appointment by Governor Ron DeSantis in July 2020.

Eric graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2016. He served as Managing Technical Editor of Nova Law Review, Volume 40, and was a member of the Moot Court Society. While in law school, Eric was instrumental in re-organizing the Federalist Society Nova Southeastern Student Chapter.
