Circuit Judge, Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida

Eric Netcher is a Circuit Judge in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He was appointed to the bench in 2021 by Governor Ron DeSantis. Before his appointment, Judge Netcher’s practice focused on appeals and civil litigation in state and federal courts. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. Judge Netcher received his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Florida. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge David A. Faber.
