Will Moschella has extensive Executive and Legislative Branch experience. As a Senior Justice Department official and Congressional Staff Counsel, he was involved in numerous high profile legislative battles. He brings that experience to bear on behalf of his clients with complex policy and political problems.
On behalf of his clients, Mr. Moschella has testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee and acted as the spokesperson for an association whose members were the subject of an investigative report by a major television news network. During his career, he has worked closely with business coalitions to create solutions for overcoming legislative gridlock. He counsels clients on a range of matters, including financial services, legal reform, intellectual property and criminal law.
