He earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and his B.A. from Centre College in Kentucky. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, is on the Editorial Advisory Board for the New Hampshire Bar News, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Federalist Society’s Environmental Law and Property Rights Practice Group.
