He has deep expertise in finance and investments, cybersecurity governance, IPO valuation, energy and ESG, and M&A. He has advised the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, and U.S. Department of Treasury on finance and corporate governance. He has served as a board member of a venture capital company focused on cutting-edge technologies in life sciences. Currently, he is serving as an Independent Board Member of an enterprise-level application software company.
