Linda Coberly is a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP. She is in Winston & Strawn's litigation practice and is the vice chair of the firm’s appellate and critical motions practice group. Ms. Coberly focuses her practice on appellate advocacy and on motions practice in complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Coberly served as a law clerk to Justice Stephen G. Breyer of the United States Supreme Court. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Before joining Winston & Strawn, Ms. Coberly was a partner in the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group at Mayer Brown LLP.
