The University of Texas at Austin recently appointed Justin Dyer, an Affiliated JWI Scholar, as the executive director of its new Civitas Institute
Justin Dyer has been with the University of Missouri Political Science department since 2009. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Texas and specializes in American politics.
He was the director of the Kinder Institute on Constitutional Democracy.
