Dennis Polio is an associate with the law firm Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky PLLC. Dennis’s practice focuses on First Amendment, redistricting, and election-related litigation and appeals as well as lobbying, ethics, and tax-exempt organizations’ compliance. Dennis regularly co-authors amicus briefs and appellate briefs in the Supreme Court of the United States, the various federal courts of appeals, and state supreme courts.
