Adam A. Millsap is Senior Fellow for Economic Opportunity at the Charles Koch Institute. He writes about urban development, population trends, labor markets, and other federal and local public policy issues. His writing has appeared in national outlets such as USA Today, US News and World Report, Real Clear Policy, and The Hill, as well as regional outlets such as the Detroit Free Press, Orlando Sentinel, Cincinnati Enquirer, and Orange County Register, among others.
