Paul Beaudry is the Director of Development at the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy and a research associate at the Montreal Economic Institute. Prior to joining the School of Public Policy, he practiced competition law for five years in the Ottawa office of Stikeman Elliott LLP. Paul is a former senior policy adviser to Canada’s Minister of Industry. As such, he contributed to two landmark government decisions that modernized Canada’s telecommunications regulatory framework. Paul holds a law degree from the University of Montreal.
