Michael Toth is Senior Vice President for Public Policy and Special Counsel at REX, an Austin-based real estate technology company delivering a full-service online platform for residential real estate buyers and sellers.
Before joining REX, Toth served as a judge on the Texas Third Court of Appeals and as a special counsel to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Toth served in the Marine Corps after graduating law school, and remains active in the reserves. He was a law clerk to Hon. Edith H. Jones on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Hon. Ursula Ungaro in the Southern District of Florida. He is the author of numerous articles and Founding Federalist, a biography of the early U.S. Chief Justice Oliver Ellsworth.
