As TTD’s Legislative Representative, Jeff Pavlak works primarily on public transit, highway, freight, maritime and infrastructure finance issues.
Originally from Chicago, Mr. Pavlak attended DePaul University where he studied political science and urban policy. Following years of working on transportation, labor, and housing issues for labor organizations, non-profits, and TTD, Mr. Pavlak returned to school and received his Master of Public Policy from Duke University in 2013. He has since returned to TTD as Legislative Representative.
