Garrett Kral is an attorney licensed in Washington, D.C., and a member of DLA Piper’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Practice Group. His practice focuses on environmental law and includes regulatory counseling, enforcement defense, and complex civil litigation. Garrett has developed an expertise working with clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors on matters arising under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Administrative Procedure Act, and other similar statutes.
During the first Trump administration, Garrett served as a Special Advisor for Oversight at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
