Gabe Scheffler is a Regulation Fellow in the Penn Program on Regulation. His research focuses primarily on health law and policy, occupational regulation, and administrative law. Before joining Penn Law School, he was a Staff Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers and a research assistant at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for International Development.
